Due to the handcrafted, natural aspect of the products, we are unable to accept WHOLESALE order returns, issue refunds or credits. If upon receipt of your wholesale soap order you find it verifiably defective in manufacture, contact us immediately (within five business days) so we can instruct you from there. We do not accept returns due to wrong scent ordered.
