"https://" before the url. Credit cards will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped. There is a $25 fee for issuing a chargeback on your credit card in error.

Shipping Methods:
The standard method for shipping is United States Postal Office flat rate. If you desire shipping by another carrier, please call our toll free number at 877-577-9343 to make arrangements.
Orders can take up to a week to process. The processing of the order may vary, depending on the size of the order.
If your soap product is defective in some way due to damage sustained in shipping, save all shipping materials and do not use the product. Damages must be reported to the specific carrier.
Inspect all packages at the time of receipt. In the event that you receive an order that has been damaged make sure the carrier noted this fact on the delivery sheet, or DO NOT
accept the package. You should immediately contact the carrier for instructions. Once a package has been signed for it is assumed the package was delivered in good order.

Price Matching:
The Soap Ranch does not match prices. All prices for non-wholesale customers are non-negotiable. In the case of a special sale, a listing of the sale's expiration date will be listed. After that date, the
sale price will not be matched.
Specials:
The Soap Ranch offers specials for certain products and conditions. Many specials are bundle specials. A bundle special occurs when the customer purchases more than X amount of a specified product, resulting
in a discount. Individual sale prices for products may also be offered. If the offer is going to expire, and expiration date will be listed in an appropriate location.
Return Policy:
Regular customers: The Soap Ranch stands behind its product 100 percent and customer satisfaction is always a goal. If for any reason you are not 100 percent satisfied with our product you may return any
unused, unopened product to The Soap Ranch for a full refund (less shipping and handling) within 5 business days. To initiate a return, please email support here.
Wholesale customers: Due to the handcrafted, natural aspect of the products, The Soap Ranch is unable to accept WHOLESALE order returns, or issue refunds and credits. If upon receipt of your wholesale soap
order you find it verifiably defective in manufacture, contact us immediately (within five business days) so we can instruct you from there. Returns due to the wrong scent being ordered will not be accepted.
